Recently, we had the pleasure to meet an inspiring
young lady – Samantha Khater.

Samantha has an awesome warm smile and zest for living life!
More inspiring is one of her many dreams, a ‘sown seed’
realised in her Gratitude Journal.

The Roman orator Cicero wrote, ’Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all others’.

There is much scientific evidence that when one feels thankful for something there is a corresponding increase in physical relaxation. One of the best ways of encouraging positive thoughts and to encourage positive brain processes is to consider what one if grateful for.

In our practice, through the process of therapy clients re-discover themselves in ways never or rarely experienced before. As a result their world expands, be it: self-realisations, inner thoughts, experiences and feelings of appreciation and gratitude are commonly expressed.

We introduced the Gratitude Journal into our practice allowing clients to further reflect on their progress if they wish to do so by putting ‘pen to paper’ using the Gratitude Journal.
The Gratitude Journal is a ‘gift to oneself’, where one is authentic, honest and more……………………………………………………..
