The Foundation Module is an opportunity to find out what meditation is all about and how it can benefit you.
The program includes educational and practical segments providing guidance on how to meditate. It covers important aspects of posture, breathing, meditations, mindfulness, self-care and Q&A sessions for clarification. The program is an entry level for beginners and provides a foundation for future, ongoing meditation practice.
