Online Bookings and Cancellations

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All appointments for Satori Self Development are to be booked at least one week in advance using the Bookly appointment system.
Select your preferred date and time and secure your appointment with your full payment for each session.
You will receive a confirmation email showing your selected appointment and receipt of payment.
Please complete the Client Intake Form, if this is your first visit, and email to info@satoriselfdevelopment.com.au prior to your appointment.
CANCELLATION FEE
If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment and fail to give 48 hours prior notice, you agree to pay a non-refundable administration charge of $165.00 **At the discretion of Satori Self Development Pty Ltd
REFUNDS
Refunds will be provided through the PayPal account that was used to book the appointment.
CHANGES TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY
We may update our Cancellation policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Cancellation policy to this page.
You are advised to review this Cancellation policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Cancellation policy are effective when they are posted to this page.
